Re: Bilics tactical awareness??
We are 7 points off a Champions League place with 12 games to go. Has Allardyce ever achieved that? Maybe he has, I can't be bothered to look it up - but I doubt it. And if anyone doesn't think having Sakho and Lanzini fit would have potentially been worth at least another 4 or 5 points if not more, they're mad. Of course the end of the season will show where we are, so will the start of next season, and so on. But I don't see how anyone can say the signs aren't encouraging. I see us finishing somewhere between 5th and 8th, and even if it's the latter (or for arguments sake 9th or even 10th), again, I struggle to see how anyone could say that the season taken as a whole has been anything other than a massive step forward.

Re: Bilics tactical awareness??
So we struggle against teams who defend.

These are the teamswe lost against .

Leicester City
BourneMouth
Watford
Spurs
Newcastle
Southhampton

One that hurt the most was the spurs one as we got thrashed , so I interested how we play against them in the game coming up . That will tell me more about Bilic learning tactically.

Re: Bilics tactical awareness??
I recon we would be around 8 points better off if key men weren't injured for sustained periods of time. Sakho's movement is vital given the way it creates space for the creative lads.

Rodfarts old boy, I have to ask.........

What the fuck do you know about football?

You have no credibility at all yet you come on here and take time to create a thread on Billics tactics as if you know better...

What a boring deluded cunt you are!

I am 50 years old and have watched and played football alk my life and Croe thinks that I believe we are the only team who gets injuries.

Re: Bilics tactical awareness??
Rodfarts your just a cunt, seriously how can you say Bilic is tactically unaware and not noticing player fatigue?

Firstly we are playing way better football than under fatty.

We have been destroyed by injuries at times and therefore players have had to continue playing when maybe they need a rest. What should he do play a team of kids like fatty did vs Forest etc and then get slaughtered for doing it?

We do sometimes start slowly and that is a concern but i think that is to do with our players not having a winning mentality. You have to learn how to win mentally and i think that takes some time.

I do believe we are running out of steam a bit at present, but again i put that down to all the injuries, if we had sakho, lanzini back and a one or two defenders then i think we could push on again.

Thank you.

Clearly I meant in those 3 games we got what 6 or so injuries and the oppo none, not that other clubs don't get injuries, I even stated they do.
I didn't mean to include the Norwich game as meant the 3 before my mistake but we still even picked up a couple of possible knocks with Valencia hobbling off and I heard Antonio may have tweaked his shoulder again. Norwich no injuries.

RodFARTS

1) Who would you like as manager?
2) Why do you spell erratic like a mong?
3) Do you not realise that Bilic is a great fit for our club ethos?
4) What is your IQ? Answer: 99

Re: Bilics tactical awareness??
Valencia took a heavy challenge and was limping but come back on the pitch before being changed.

I would say that was a precaution as nothing has been mentioned about him being injured by the club.

It is so fucking unfair and so typical that we get injuries every game.

Absolutely typical, so unlucky - so typical.

Lets be honest here, had someone else posted up players that had not actually been injured as examples of players missing games injured you'd be at them like a rabbid dog.
